DISTANCE: 5K (3.1 miles) Run, 150 Yard serpentine Pool Swim, 5K (3.1 miles) Run

AWARDS: All finishers will receive a finish ribbon 5K overall male and female winners will receive $250. 1st , 2nd , 3rd place finishers in 5K run age division will receive a medal.
